Packages leaving the US will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country’s local postal service for final delivery. Please note, international orders can take up 3- 6 weeks to be delivered and tracking information may stop once the package is delivered to your local postal service.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Each item has a different processing timeframe. Please look at the individual product page for shipping timelines. Remember that if an item says it will ship in a certain amount of business days, this does not include weekends or holidays.
In stock items typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, while pre-sale items can take up to 10 business days to be produced and shipped out.
Once shipped, domestic orders should take 3-7 business days to arrive. Most international orders arrive in 3-6 weeks but can take up to 8 weeks depending on the location and speed of the local postal service.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order ships from one of our warehouses, most domestic orders are delivered to the customer within 3 – 7 days after the item ships.

MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT
In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to email help@id10t.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT UPDATED
In the event that you have tracked your package at https://fan.supply/apps/trackorder, and your tracking number has not updated for more than 2-3 business days, please email help@id10t.com and provide us with the following information, and our customer service team will be happy to help you to track down your package:
1. Order Number
2. Name
3. Email Address
4. Date of last tracking update
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once the package arrives in the destination country, tracking information will no longer update. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, please click on Returns for information on how to return an order.
We accept returns on new and unused items. All sales of Vintage and one-of-a-kind orders are final sales and not elidable for returns. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Returns (free of defect/error) will be refunded the product price, minus a $7 fee (return shipping + processing). Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact us at help@id10t.com should you want to process a return within 21 days of purchase. Returns beyond 21 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders, please be mindful of this fact when placing your international order.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.
